We built a custom two-part automation using n8n, Power BI, and Google Sheets to overhaul the process.
Cleans and reconciles SmartList and Power BI data
Flags and corrects billing errors
Generates and organizes 8 separate invoice files (Excel + PDF)
Emails the final invoice batch to each team group
